  • For Nationwide OrdersPlus
    • For nationwide orders, the following will apply:
      • It will take up to 2 working days to prepare all orders placed within week days.
      • Dispatch & delivery will take upto 3 working days
      • Orders placed on weekends or any public holiday will be sent for processing on the next working day.
      • During peak hours or delays due to verification of orders, orders can face temporary delays.
      • Orders placed through online payment system will go through a fraud status check. Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re unhappy or have changed your mind about the purchase you made on Zellbury.com, Zellbury is happy to exchange items if returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, if product is in original purchased condition with tags attached. We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns and exchange policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.       • Refunds will be processed once the items have been received at our warehouse/store
      • 3 weeks ETA will be given to customers for the refund to be processed after the articles are received.
  • I bought a product during a Sale and I want to return it. What do I do?Plus
